Our Process

We are committed to making this experience simple and enjoyable from beginning to end.
We’ve streamlined our process to ensure that buying your home is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

1.Appointment with Us

This first step is crucial and one that will set the stage for the entire process going forward. We will meet at a time and place that suits you to understand your financial and lifestyle goals.

2. Pre-approval

When you are house hunting, Pre-approval is ideal for showing vendors that you’re serious about making an offer and gives you a good understanding of what you can afford.

3. Home loan application

We need your help getting your documents in as fast as possible.

4. Conditional approval

You’re now approved with conditions. Only a few little steps left to go. You will work with your loan officer and resolve these.

5. Unconditional approval

Congrats, your home loan application has been approved.

6. Loan Documents Arrive

This is time to signature. We will oranise a time to meet and help you complete the documents.

7. Loan Settlement

If you are purchasing a property, your solicitor/conveyancer will organize settlement with the lender. If you are refinancing existing home loan the lenders will liaise directly.

8. Keeping in Touch

Our service does not finish once your loan settlement. We will be with you to make sure home loan is the right solution for your needs now and in the future.
